Paul Caver (PC)
and the
FINAL VERDICT

 

PC (Paul Caver) is a native of Dayton, Ohio.  He is a self-taught musician playing a variety of instruments, but recognized as a left handed guitarist and vocalist.  He is the leader and founder of PC and the FINAL VERDICT.  PC performed for the US troops in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in 2005 and has shared the stage as an opening act for blues and jazz giants such as:

Blues
Bobby Bland, Buddy Ace, Little Milton, Johnnie Taylor, Koko Taylor, Joe Batomasssi, Z.Z. Hill, Willie Clayton, Latimore

Jazz and R&B
Ramsey Lewis, Pieces of a Dream, Jonathan Butler, Larry Carlton, the Manhattans, Booney James, Richard Elliott, the Dramatics, the Ohio Players, Alex Bugnon, Lakeside

PC performs as a house musician for Jeff Ruby’s (downtown Cincinnati for 1 ½ years), then Carlos & Johnny Restaurant for 6 years before leaving to regroup The Final Verdict in 2003. The Final Verdict is expanding the group’s horizons touring more Jeff Ruby’s establishments, and adding additional venues, including The Mesh, Dante’s, Lincoln Park Grille etc.

PC and the Final Verdict is a four piece powerhouse with PC on guitar and vocals, Tom Peterson on bass guitar, Sonny Talbert on keyboards, and Vince Desalvo on drums. The band has done a series of Jeff Ruby’s five star restaurants performing songs ranging from the Doobie Brothers to Motown.

PC and the FINAL VERDICT bring a fresh and innovative sound to the world of music while exhibiting a smooth, yet aggressive style of their own.
